New Contract Secured with Trafford Healthcare NHS Trust

We have recently been commissioned to carry out the demolition of a number of buildings at Trafford General Hospital on behalf of the NHS Trust. This represents a significant step forward for our company in light of the fact that we have gained approval for such a high profile public sector client. The health and safety requirements for working in the confines of a live hospital environment are extremely demanding.
One of the buildings intended for demolition is situated at the front entrance to the site in very close proximity to the Accident and Emergency Department. This has required a full detailed traffic management plan and methodology to be agreed with the Trust and their CDM Coordinators.
The Buildings due for demolition at Trafford General Hospital include the following:-
- Demolition of Redundant Water Tower
- Demolition of lodge building (at the hospital entrance)
- Demolition of 2 x administration blocks
- Demolition of brick outbuilding
