MJ Finnigan Ltd wins Iconic Demolition Contract

Based in the heart of Widnes this once thriving and popular entertainment venue, The Queens Hall will soon see its last day as it is due to be demolished in the coming weeks.
Following several safety concerns over the condition of the derelict building the client, Halton Council made the decision to proceed with the demolition works.
After a strict pre qualification and competitive tender process MJ Finnigan is happy to announce that they have been awarded this Iconic Demolition Contract.
After being successfully awarded the contract the director, Michael Finnigan said “We are excited about this development for our company and proud to be involved in a job of this scale in the North West”.
The Queens Hall was once host to some iconic bands such as The Beatles, The Happy Mondays, and The Stone Roses as well as being a welcoming host to local bands and community events.
Works are due to commence on 1st December.
